These cards are to tied to or have any instructions for any agile management method. They do help you organize and visualize a small project. You will want to have a fairly large magnetic white board to attach the cards. Using that you can arrange and track the various elements of a project. Then you can move cards around then erase and reuse them as steps are completed. Just another tool in your toolbox.

I will use it to setup my son's school schedule. It looks easy to use.

Everything is online, there's an app for anything you could want but I don't know about anyone else, I don't always want to look at my phone or computer for the solution. I'm using this KanBan board for work. I am WFH and just started a new position with a lot of responsibility and have been feeling a bit overwhelmed with the list of growing projects. I did some reading on creating and using a KanBan board and then started putting it together on a magnetic white board that I hung over my desk. In less than an hour, I felt like I was getting under control and had some understanding of what I was facing.The box is nicely laid out with basic instructions and all the cards and pens fit in easily within the foam rubber cut outs. I used a wet paper towel to wipe off several cards as I made changes and they all cleaned up very nicely. There are different colors and so many ways to make it fit to your needs.Could I have done this with Post It notes? Yes but not nearly as effectively. These cards will not fall off a board overnight and present a nice, clean and organized look. If the tool I use to organize my brain and workflow is a cluttered mess, it's not an effective tool.

This Agile set has been great. I i’ve been using this in my home office, with my magnetic dryer race board. It has been the perfect way to create a visual outline of everything I have going on. Working full-time and having a few side projects, the schedule becomes overwhelming quickly. The system is very intuitive, but still allows for some flexibility and creativity in the way you visually organize your to do list. You can sort tasks by larger project or by completion status. Whatever method you choose to use or however You best visualize tasks, the set can absolutely provides better sense of organization and functionality for you. All the materials are great quality and will certainly hold up to many years of high use.

I've been working on adapting to Agile, and was getting tired of hauling out a book, or referring back to a website. I do have a rolling magnetic white board, so I got this and set it up with my current projects. Has made getting through them easier and it's helping me retain Agile so when they ask in my interviews, I know it.
