This laser measure is a fantastic tool! It's incredibly accurate and boasts a wide range of useful features beyond simple distance measurement. I particularly appreciate the volume measurement function, which saves me time and effort in calculating room sizes. The addition of Pythagorean calculations and continuous measurement modes further enhances its versatility. I've been looking for a laser measuring device for some time. I looked at reviews, checked out YouTube for anything I found "interesting" and eventually took a "gamble" on this one. Bosche seems to be the "standard" but out of my budget. I expected it to be a bit hit and miss but no! I measured a couple of dimensions with a steel tape measure (around 2m and 6m) and then compared the readings from this with those manual measurements. This unit gave a reading within 1mm of the dimension measured with the steel tape. It also gave consistent readings each time I pressed the read button, never varying by more than 1mm. The display is clear and easy to read, the controls are pretty self explanatory and the instructions are reasonable for such a low cost unit. Another nice touch is the ability to calibrate the unit, using the front panel buttons, just in case it drifts with age. I haven't used some of the more "advanced" features (volume, area, pythagoras etc) but see no reason why they should not work pefectly. The features are well above average at this price point. I can't say how reliable the unit is as I've only had it for a few days, but it does seem sturdy with positive action buttons and comes with a nice cloth carry case and lanyard. Very pleased with my purchase so far.

Got this on special price 100m of £23.99, price has now doubled!! Arrived quickly packaged well, like the handle and case will e very very useful for measuring sheds etc. Very accurate and easy to use. Price has now doubled so I think I got a bargain.
