Can you tell me if this fits the Arai Signet X?

I don't know how well it fits Signet X; mine is Quantum-X. But I wanted to mention that with the optional fog sheild and sun shield, I ended up just cutting mine to fit where I wanted it to fit. Yea, I had to buy 2 so i could make better cuts the 2nd time around. But, you get the idea.

Not sure what you mean by your question. It fits any helmet shield/visor (be sure to order the Arai version if you own an Arai helmet). It fits along the entire top edge of your visor, and is about 1 inch tall. Hope this helps.

The Helmet Sunblocker's polymer film's UV transmission is 100% at 260 NM (Normal Wave Length of Sunlight)

Will this work with a pinlock?

It will work and for best results, install the Sunblocker first. Let dry overnight, then install the Pinlock over the Sunblocker. Tip: while soaking in the soapy (Dawn) water, zap it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to "relax" the Sunblocker. This will make it much easier to install.
