I bought these for my adult daughter based on her co-worker's recommendation. My daughter had a bad bout of flu a few months ago and she felt like she couldn't draw a deep breath anymore. After x-rays came back clear, a co-worker suggested these. The daughter took these for a few weeks and said she did notice a small difference. She didn't have to struggle as much to take a deep breath. It helped her feel better, which I think is due to the vitamins and herbs in it.

Why this rating? I do gardening. If you feed plants well, they produce healthy high yields. I have been using this for over a year now and so far, I have been very healthy. At 75, you need all the help you can get. Eating well gives you the energy to do well and this has become part of that plan.

At a time when lung function and health are at a premium, a supplement that supports them both is a welcome addition to any regiment. The whole food vitamins in this product are a nice touch as is the thoughtfulness of the formula. Many of us live in urban environments where we don’t have control over the air we breathe. Especially now with the amount of time we’re all spending indoors, a formula that gives you any edge in the lung function and breathing department is to be commended. This really help my lungs.

I wished for a miracle cure for my COPD. I ordered and tried 2 different "pills". This one does seem to offer enough relief that I ordered another bottle. The other ones did not seem to have any effect at all.

After using this for a month I realized my breathing was better and I’d stopped using my inhalers. So, I continue to be impressed approximately 8 months in and I will continue to use this product as my breathing seems even better. I’ve used my inhalers hardly at all over an 8 month period. I recommend it.

Couldn't tell you for sure if it would work upset my stomach so bad I couldn't continue to take it. And manufacturer would not do a refund. Which I understand I guess.
