They are growing by the day! They do work!!! Keep them moist and warm, these baby saguaros are growing by the day.

Don't use the soil disk it comes with. I sprouted my seeds in a papertowel and it worked just fine. I still have some seeds reserved for later. 90% germination rate and I have at least 20 baby saguaros that are doing fantastic! Be warned, though, they're extremely slow-growers.

Little dudes popped up today!!! So excited. Instructions were clear and helpful. Trying not to get excited since its gonna be like 40 years before they are big but we all gotta start somewhere.

I planted some of the seeds and I have several baby cactus growing now! I can't wait to see how they do as they get older. I probably won't be alive to see them get very big but hopefully my grand daughter will be as excited to have them and I am!

This seed pack was wonderful. Almost all the small seeds sprouted, so now I have several saguaros growing. Would be nice to have the same amount of seeds over two moss discs, so the little seedlings can have more space and be separated to plant them in individual pots. Now I'm afraid to break the roots if I try to separate them.

Fun to plant, but you must be patient. They sprouted wonderfully and seems to sprout quickly, now the waiting begins! Grow faster will you!

Be sure to simply lay the seeds on top of the soil. I made the mistake of covering them with a tiny bit of soil and none of them germinated. Luckily I didn't use all the seeds with the first planting. I tried a second time and just sprinkled them on the surface and they all sprouted. Also, make sure to put some kind of lid on the pot, I used plastic wrap, to keep them moist and warm. Good luck!

This is a great kit to get started with growing saguaros. Every seed in the pack germinated. It has been a year since I planted the seeds and all of the cacti are still going strong and healthy.
