When I first opened the packaging and handled this piece I could tell it was of quality. The manufacturers definitely DID NOT skimp out on the adhesive tape like some other interior trim pieces I’ve bought have. As long as you clean the area you’re installing it on and press it on firmly for about a minute you won’t have any problems with adhesion. I just used a microfiber cloth and some soapy water, the installation + cleaning (prep) took like 5 minutes max. It looks good, is of good quality, and does what it’s made to do. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this to replace a different manufactures carbon plate for my 2019 Dodge Charger. This one doesn’t feel as thick, but I think that’s what makes it work, the prior one I had no matter how much 3m tape I put on it, it always came loose. So far no issues with this version and it fits a little tighter too.

This really fished off the center console. Cooler than the stock plate I Az heat. Sturdy well made. Much cleaner then a wrap and stronger.

Item does not stick well at all the top and bottom portion and for the price I'd say its not worth the piece of plastic it is so I do not recommend the product.

I would like to say that is very good the material, look are original part of your car, the change for the radio and air-condition area is fantastic, definitely is the right cover for this area like a OEM....

Adhesion seemed to be a topic of concern, I pre heated the tape prior to install...ipa wiped own....solid. the shifter section is 1/8 inch too long. I will probably have to modify to look good.Overall, pretty happy.

Installed today slotted right it some gaps on the sides but im not too worried about it. I read that you could use some command strips instead and replace the adhesive on the piece but i didnt have any issues so far so good. If it does fall off i can just change the tape later.

Cleaned all the surfaces with rubbing alcohol, snapped it into place on a 30 degree celcius day, and it fits like a second skin. Definite improvement over the factory flat black.
