NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Extra Creamy Round Lipstick - Chaos (Strawberry Pink)

This is my absolute favorite lippie since I can’t get BECCA’s “sugar” anymore. This (shade “rea”) is a near perfect dupe. It’s the PERFECT nude for me (I’m light w/cool, pink undertones). This is the closest dupe I’ve found for “sugar” (colourpop lippie stix & liner in “oh snap” is a very close second if anyone else is looking). I’m going to try to attach some photos w/more accurate swatches because this is NOT peach like the pic looks at all. My only complaint is that this doesn’t have staying power. It’s very creamy and hydrating, so it can have a pass for that, but if you’re going to eat or drink, be prepared to touch up every few minutes. The best lip liner I’ve found to go w/this is Colourpop’s “Ashton” lip liner. I have about every shade of NYX liners and none of them match as well as “Ashton” for me personally (this combo in photo). Now I just have to find this lipstick again..the search goes on. Disclaimer-I’m not a model or photographer in any way, just wanted to show more accurate color. This is not peachy at all.

WOW! Whodda thunk such an inexpensive drugstore lipstick could deliver a great “POP” of color! I love this NYX Extra Creamy Lipstick In Chaos, ( Strawberry Pink). I’ve found that (almost) any lippie w/strawberry, watermelon or cranberry in the description has an 80% chance of working for me. It is beautifully shiny w/out being sticky. It did not transfer to my teeth, has a beautiful sheen w/out feeling gloppy or tacky like a gloss & my abs fav feature is the slightly blue undertone that make my teeth look so white. I did take off a few stars for longevity; def not a matte, ladies & gents. But I’ve a habit of pressing my lips together, so I do reapply a lot. Others may not experience this issue. I did find applying my Mac lip erase lip balm/primer helped w/staying power.. AND most NYX pro lipsticks have a clear little square at the base tube showing you exactly what the color@ is...because that’s ACTUALLY LIPSTICK IN THAT LITTLE SQUARE. It takes quite a bit of Herculean strength to pop that sucker off, but then you have a little pot o lipstick to get your pinkie Becoming nmessily pigmented as you dab on your lips.. This is a refreshing change of pace for my wallet; I typ wear Ch Tillbury, Chanel, Rituel or Vapour. Lastly, excuse my freckles in pics but I think they represent the color well. I’m “Whasian” (Asian American) w/neutral undertones.

Love the color of this lipstick! The photo does not do it justice. The lipstick is also very creamy and moisturizing. This color is violet ray. I have gotten a lot of compliments on this lipstick when I wear it. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find it again. But was very happy to find it on Amazon. This lipstick goes on very smoothly. Because it is so creamy and moisturizing, it really doesn’t last If you should happen to eat anything. But other than that, it stays nicely.

Dont know why people give this bad reviews. I think compares to expensive brands. Very moisturizing. Not highly pigmented. But it makes your natural lip color look good. You just have to find your shade. Don't be afraid when it arrives if color doesn't look like you expected. Try it on, shades seem to work with any coloring. If your lips are on the dry side put on blistex deep renewal protectant first. Then apply your lip stick. Dry lips take color differently. I sometimes layer these to get my perfect shade. Great price people with exceptional results. I am blonde, blue eyes, med skin color ( with red undertones in it) my lips are darker shade than I like (I like a nude lip)so I tone them down with these shades. I have many colors. Here are my favs,for nude look, summer love, hubba bubba, nude, lollies. For a darker shade I use girly pink, chakra, poem, bloom, earthy organique. If you apply color & think it is to dark. Dab off with tissue put on your Deep renewal then apply lip stick again. Everybody's skin tones are different Keep trying till u find your shade. 😉

i have tan skin not dark but i am italian so i have darker skin and this lipstick is just a tad to nude for my complextion so it doesnt look as natural as i wish it did. it goes on very smooth but it doesnt have the best coverage and isnt very thick so you have apply various coats to your lips. it doesnt stay on very long either, but if you want a affordable nude lipstick and you dont have a darker skin tone it works. it isnt my favorite lipstick but it isnt my least favorite either.

Ok, so the swatches are hit and miss on level of accuracy. The variability in computer/tablet color settings and the quality of the swatch itself makes for a little unpredictability in the actual color. Minimalism is fairly close to the swatch shown. It is a muted pink with a little tan/brown in it. I am black and my skin tone is in the range of Zoe Saldana. So, this color is not quite a nude on me, but it is a cute color. Mars is the perfect nude color for me, as it is slightly more brown than Minimalism. The texture of the NYX round case lipsticks is soooooo nice. This particular color is not quite a matter, but it is not very shiny and doesn't really have a sheen. I think the texture of this color is perfect for someone who is not sure if s/he wants a matte look but who definitely doesn't want a shiny look. For the price, I'm not at all upset that this lipstick is not a "perfect nude" for me.

My husband ordered some tubes of this lipstick for me in the color “strawberry milk.” This seller sent us the WRONG color and now will not let us return them, even though they’re unused, still in the packaging. This is the seller’s mistake, not ours. Considering that we paid DOUBLE what this lipstick is worth and what it sells for everywhere else, I really hope they resolve this so we don’t have to open a case against them. My rating for the lipstick itself would be a 4. I’ve purchased it in person in the past and I loved the color. The only issue I’ve had is that the stick melts easily. Sometimes the stick literally just melts and falls off. But the color is so pretty that I keep trying to find it in stock. It’s the best dupe of my favorite high end lipstick I’ve been able to find.

Mein vorheriges Exemplar dieses Lippenstiftes habe ich leider verloren und da er nicht mehr im Sortiment der Drogerie war habe ich ihn bestellt, da es das absolut schönste rot ist, das ich je gefunden hatte..... Allerdings war er nachdem ich die Versiegelungsfolie entfernt hatte, bereits zerbrochen und an der Seite eingedrückt bzw. wie angeschmolzen.......daher nicht richtig auftragbar (jedenfalls nicht ohne Pinsel und daher auch nicht zum schnellen Nachziehen geeignet) und das ist einfach ärgerlich.

Molto bello e naturale, un nude tendente al rosa. Non dura tantissimo ma abbastanza. Rispetto ad altri anche più cari, questo è ottimo. Consegna nei tempi previsti.
