My daughter recommended this product because she has a cat as I do. It works great in Helping to control the odor from the litter box. I live in a small apartment where I often get odors from other neighbors. This helps to cut down on the smell of the litter box and other odors from inside the building.

I put these in my closet, storage closet and in my camping supplies. I have never had an issue with any smells or moisture issues. I highly recommend them. I suggest buying a large supply because once you start realizing all the places you can put these purifying bags, you will want to tuck them in all the cabinets, drawers, window sills, storage containers. I am already planning to buy more when I put away my holiday decorations.

We use these to keep any odors out of our cars. It’s easy to put them in sun when needed and then put them back where they’re being used.

We recently lost our beloved cat, and during the process, some fluids were released onto her carrier. Although it was only in the car for a few minutes, the smell of death lingered long after—and no matter what I tried, I just couldn’t get rid of it. I read that charcoal and carbon could help absorb lingering odors, so I gave these bags a try. While they’re definitely well-made—durable, with a tightly woven fabric and a clean, neutral look perfect for a car—they unfortunately weren’t able to tackle this particular scent issue. That said, I still think they’d be a great fit for more everyday odors or general air freshening. They just weren’t quite strong enough for what we were dealing with.

If your neighborhood is polluted then just buy these for you home. I did so in April of 2025 and its like someone opened a new window. The air quality has increased and all you need to do is let the sun recharge them for two hours once a month. You only need to replace the bags every two years. For $11 its vastly better than a plug in air purifier.

I bought a ev car and they must have put moth balls with one of the charger cables and then put them in a bag in the car when sold. I couldn’t get the mothball smell out. The charcoal bags definitely help with the smell. I even have sprayed a cologne and used some leather protector and the next day the smell is gone. Long story short don’t never put mothballs in your car and if someone did try these!
