The floor brush on my ancient (42-year-old) Panasonic MC-771 finally broke. Otherwise, this canister vacuum cleaner still works well and is highly useful. I'd like to use it for another 42 years! The original Panasonic floor brush is no longer available; no surprise there. So I had to pick a generic brush and hope for the best. A swiveling elbow was a must for vacuuming hard-to-reach places such as under beds. This floor brush, which has a swiveling elbow, looked promising. But I was concerned that this brush would not stay attached during use because it lacked a hole for the spring-loaded button on my Panasonic's metal wand (see the photo that accompanies this review). It turns out this missing hole was not a problem at all. I'm pleased to report that this generic floor brush fits very snugly on my Panasonic's 1.25-inch metal wand (see photo). The snug frictional fit is plenty strong enough to keep the brush attached during normal use. This brush was designed for vacuuming hard floors and works well for that. The shorter bristles along the front edge are an excellent design refinement, allowing floor debris to enter underneath the brush and into the vacuum suction area while you push the brush forward. Although this brush was not designed for carpets (we have a Eureka upright for carpets), I was pleased to discover that this brush works tolerably well for spot-vacuuming carpets as well. I'll update this review if I note any durability problems, such as bristles falling out. Meanwhile, all's well: five stars!

Fitall Generic Plastic Floor Brush with Horse Hair Bristles Tool Attachment Fits 1.25 Inch Vacuu... This item far exceeded the other items I tried for LVP floors. The one I received doesn't look cheaply made as another reviewer mentioned. The only downside is it didn't come with a wand adapter, therefore only 4 stars. Would recommend this product.

We bought this because it has a good brush on the bottom for our zing vacuum so that it doesn’t harm the floors
