Great water filtration, really easy to install!
Our water here is typically pretty good but I was noticing a more metallic taste lately so I thought it would be good to get a filter for the tap. The Waterdrop filter was a really great price and had great reviews so I figured I’d give it a try. I’ve previously used other brands and honestly this one gives me better quality results. The water tastes great and has a softer feel to it. It was super easy to install and I like that it comes with a variety of adaptors to fit a range of faucet types. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for an easy to install water filter, one that is really cost effective and great for rental properties!

Installed in a breeze and works likes a charm
I purchased the food grade stainless steel filter and I'm glad I did. It's very solidly made and went right onto our faucet in less than 3 minutes. The seller includes plumbing tape which made installation a snap. The filter compartment is easily unscrewed and with 3 extra filters, this should last a very long time. I'm very happy with this purchase. The water is clear, pressure is good and it tastes great. The unit itself is very functional and can be rotated over the sink to accommodate filling different sized containers and pans. It can be switched from filter / no filter easily. I'm so glad I chose this one after looking at several dozen other's of differing prices.

Easy set up
I do like the easy set up, it wasn’t complicated at all. The water tastes good. I don’t know if I did something wrong to remove the little filter film on the main faucet but the water pressure was extremely low and after I removed it, the pressure normalized. So far pretty good, I don’t know if it’s actually filtering the water.

Much better than the plastic version
I used Waterdrop's plastic water filter for the past few years, which was quite good but has a couple little issues that got annoying enough that I figured I'd try an upgrade. 1) The water in the plastic filter comes out in a "spray" both via the filter and from the tap, which might be good for some but I found very annoying (especially for filling bottles). 2) Hard water and plastic aren't a great combination - microabrasions in the plastic results in mold as water and minerals catch in there, so it needs to be cleaned regularly. The stainless steel version feels much more premium - the switch between filtered and unfiltered water is oddly satisfying to use and puts less pressure on the sink, and water comes out in a normal stream rather than the odd spray the plastic version has. It's also much easier to keep clean (not to mention looks nicer on your counter). Both versions are equally easy to install. The only room for improvement I can see is that the unfiltered aerator isn't a separate piece, so if you want to remove it to clean (it's good to give them an occasional white vinegar soak in a hard water household), you've got to remove the entire assembly. That's a pretty mild complaint though in a really nicely-made little filter. The one edge I'd give the plastic one is that the filter container, which clicks open with a short twist from the top, is a bit more convenient than the stainless steel version's unscrewable bottom, but the difference in the stainless steel version seems better for durability in the long run.If you're debating between the plastic and the stainless steel version and think you're going to use it for years, I'd suggest just spending the few extra bucks and getting the stainless steel one, since it's just nicer to use, easier to maintain, and I think worth the extra cost, though if you're just trying out water filters, the plastic one is still a nice cheap one to start with, and you'll be getting good-tasting water either way.

The real deal, excellent filters!
What can I say, this product works and works VERY WELL. The customer service is top notch as well. Very pleasant to talk to and easy to get ahold of. I've been using for about 2 months and I no longer have itchy skin from the unfiltered water. These are the real deal!

Maybe I don't like minerals?
We've had this water filter in our kitchen for 2 days. I installed it the minute it arrived. It doesn't leak and water flow is fast. I purchased the set with 3 additional filters, so I got 4 filters in total and all (5) the adapters. It fits my kitchen faucet without an adapter. Our sink water is gross to me. It is drinkable but I'd really rather not. I've been buying cases and jugs of water for quite some time. The water that comes through the filter still tastes like our regular sink water. Installation was simple and I followed all of the included instructions. I went back today and actually reinstalled the unit to make sure everything was seated properly. It still tastes like regular sink water to me and I don't want to drink it.It has occurred to me that it may be the minerals it adds back into the water that I don't like the taste of. I don't buy spring water because I don't like the taste of that either (it's got the minerals, right?) and always get the purified reverse osmosis water. My kids and the dogs don't mind the waterdrop filtered water at all. We live in a rental so I won't be installing an RO unit. I'll try to get used to it, I guess. We have 4 filters to go through.

Good Quality works well
We have hard water and this made the water stop being all cloudy and it tastes better. It's movable which means with kids I have to tighten it back on the facet at least once a week so that's a little annoying but easy to do.
