Very nice pasta - great texture - firm and tasty. Used it for Halloween dinner and everyone enjoyed it. Also - unlike some of the pics of other brands - this one does cook up a deep black - not gray - that was most important!

I made “witches” hair for a Halloween dinner and the kids loved it. I did too because no artificial dyes. The pasta easy to cook, tasted great and I will purchase again for other dinners.

This pasta was perfect for my Halloween dinner party. Everyone loved it!

tried around 30 different "artisan" pasta, this is best Spaghetti shaped pasta. very smooth. faint squid ink taste, but this is good thing, so it is not overpower, for people love squid ink can add more fresh ink themself (which I did sometimes)

Yum! Great texture and flavor. It's briney and richer tasting than regular pasta. And the black color is very sexy! So good lightly sautéed (after boiling and draining) with butter, shrimp, cherry tomatoes and corn.

Good flavor and package arrived with no broken noodles !
