Mat is completely clear so that floor shows through it true to color. It comes in a tight roll but unrolls easily. I placed some heavy books on the edges and left them overnight. Next day mat was flat. A very good value for the money. I read another review that says it slips on the floor. It does slip a little but is easily moved. I think any mat on a hard surface floor would probably slip a little. It's not like the carpet mats that have those grippers. I like this mat and feel it will serve my needs for some time. I recommend it.

protects the floor, comes rolled up, took few days to fully flatten out, heat gun would have helped...but love this and so much better than those big hunks of plastic.

Good stuff it doesn't even slide around that much so and I got a crappy chair. So I recommend this thing it'll help you not screw up your floor. Go get some.

Not a bad price, and I'm sure it would be fine for a home office if you're not rolling your chair over it a lot, but in a busy office where people are up and down constantly, this mat does not stay put. I've had to rearrange mine every few hours. I ended up returning and purchasing different mats.

The mat arrives rolled up for efficient shipping, so you need to roll it in the opposite direction to remove the curves. Once you get it flat enough to lay flat on the floor with the weight of the chair on top, it will lay completely flat. On laminate wood flooring, the mat does not slip. It feels like it is made out of a plastic or silicone material that is a little soft and almost sticks to the floor. Maybe if the floor was made of glass and covered with water, then the mat would slide. But on normal flooring, I don't see any slippage. The mat is also thick and strong. My stupid chair has feet that gouge into the flooring, causing physical damage when sitting down. This mat protects the floor and resists damage to the mat from the chair.

USELESS! The mat moves around a lot on my hard wood floor, I have to take my chair off the mat to move the mat back to its position every single day, it defeats the whole purpose of protecting the floor if it moves around. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This office chair mat works very well for me! My chair glides across it with ease. It did come rolled up, so I followed the instructions, and laid it outside in the sun for maybe an hour at most. It flattened out almost entirely. The edges lay flat, so I don't have a problem with them buckling up or anything. It works really well in protecting my wood floors, so I definitely recommend it.

Overall, it’s acceptable. I can use it as a mat under my office chair. It arrived tightly rolled, so it took some time to flatten out. The thickness is just okay.
