Nice little pouch, has plenty of room for Narcan, Israeli bandages, tourniquet, airway items, and miscellaneous small injury things. A little too big to carry on a belt, but it works well on a Molle system vest.

I'm not suggesting these are the same as Vanquest or Maxpedition, but for my use, they serve just as well for 1/3 to 1/5 the price. Quality is surprisingly good. I have bought these probably 5 or 6 times before and I am pleased. They're larger than a Max Beefy. For some uses I put 2 back to back to double capacity. Works great for my uses. I'm not a brand snob so they're just fine for me.

Seems to be well constructed and holds everything I needed for my IFAK kit in my ATV. Only thing I would like to see changed is the strap for mounting is too long to be clipped together and tight to the bag. Overall a great value for what you pay!

I love this bag and filled it with everything Nyla needs, I was also able to attach a tiny additional kit to it via bands on outside. Roomy with loads of pockets and space I'm so pleased and we just took it to the beach fishing yesterday w her. Ready for any unfortunate mishaps of which were none. From tick&tweezer set,activated charcoal, saline solution,flashlight, sterile gauze,split, space blanket and antibiotic ointment. This has space, a strong zipper and military material w velcro attachment well worth the price. Don't hesitate to pick this one up. We've added all kinds of things to this kit too much to list and I couldn't be happier.

I wouldn’t use this for a first aid bag as it is small. Although, it does work perfectly for my IV supplies. I Carobean it to my big first aid bag and works perfectly! A lot of pockets, and very durable as I had it outside in the storms and mud. I put it through the ringer this weekend bungeed to my 4wheeler and it held up great!

There’s lots of room as it opens up all the way. We use it as a medical bag and we can fit everything we need in it.

Perfect size

Love the size but the snaps will stay snapped. If you are utilizing it with the snaps it is not a good option. Do not recommend this.
