Seem to be as good as hexclad after using them for a month

I was slightly hesitant to purchase given some of the reviews, but after cooking with this pan for two days, I can confidently say that this is an AMAZING pan *if you simply follow the instructions*. I do a *lot* of home cooking and have put this pan through its paces across all meals in the past 24 hours and it has produced results that my family have called “best ever” as in “best ever burger” or “scrambled eggs” or “sunny side up eggs” or “grilled cheese.” The pan out performed my expectations in every way. Great sear on the burgers, eggs came out perfectly in every variation and the grilled cheese was perfection. The included lid made finishing dishes (melting cheese, keeping warm) easy. While others charge for a lid, this pan includes one that has a stay cool handle and venting hole like the most expensive pans of this class. The secret to all of this is following the instructions. I cleaned and seasoned the pan before using. I then used an appropriate fat for each dish and lower heat than I would with other pans. Everything went great. The pan is very efficient, so you don’t need high heat to get a sear and I have been adding fats for cooking in all of my pans (watch any pro chef and you will see that this is normal), so this was nothing new. I am completely thrilled with this pan and will be purchasing some other sizes. Follow the instructions and you won’t be disappointed.

This review is for NutriChef NC3PLY7S 7-piece cookware set. I received the set promptly on the date promised when I made the order. The items were very well packaged so that there was no damage during shipping. The pans are beautiful! They appear to be very well made. They are sturdy and are less heavy than I had expected. I like that the bottom of the frying pans are wide making for an ample cooking surface. The glass lids fit well and look good. I will update this review when I have seasoned and used the pans for multiple applications but so far I love this set!.

I love this pan! I followed the instructions to season it and nothing sticks to it. It heats beautifully, looks great, can use metal utensils and the handle stays cool. Would definitely buy again.

I bought every piece of this cookware...but by mistake I ordered two of the 8" frying pan and returned one. I also bought all the pieces for my daughters family....that's how amazing they are. You can't go wrong with this cookware. Fabulous value for the prices. And besides the nonstick feature the pans cook evenly even up the sides. And believe me you only have to cook on low to medium heat...they conduct the heat very fast . Saves on your energy bill !! Oh, and the seller is easy to work with. Refunded my account right away.

Not as good as my original knowck 9 inch skillett, but it has a lid my other one didn't. The exposed metal hexes will stick if you don't preseason each and everytime you use wash it or use more oil!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well each pan was individually wrapped in a bag and lids were in bubble wrap and a bag. The measurements are correct for the rim of each pan but the cooking surface is smaller. They are advertised to use metal utensils but the paperwork included with the set says "Do Not Use Sharp or Metal Utensils on the Non-Stick Surface" Which was a main reason for the purchase, for this I gave 4 stars. Time will tell how well it holds up.

Je suis très satisfaite de cette poêle. Elle chauffe de manière uniforme, les aliments n’attachent pas et le nettoyage est facile. La surface en nid d’abeille semble résistante aux rayures. La poêle est solide, bien équilibrée et agréable à utiliser au quotidien.

I was foolish to avoid the seasoning instructions.... and as a result.... didnt use these pans for a whole year..... till i came across a tutorial of people seasoning nutrichef pans..... after doing same... i can confirm .... these are some great pans for the price!!! Doesnt stick... cleans easy.... good conducting of heat ..... completely satisfied!!!
