These work great, the water tastes great, and filters fast! (We put four in our Big Berkey and get a liter in like 15 minutes)

Perfect replacement for my old ceramic candles.

This was the only manufacturer that I could find the actual test results for the actual product available online. Easy to install, but don't wait for an emergency to start using them. Like any other similar unit, you need to run two cycles of water through before drinking. These priming cycles are very slow, as the filters absorb water, and "come to life". But don't panic...after that, you're good to go at a normal gravity-feed rate. I'm VERY happy to have found these.

This made the water tastes like I remember growing up with just tapwater. Like NOTHING! I love the taste. My 21 year old son commented on how great the water was when he was visiting my mother in my childhood home this summer. I replaced Black Berkey filters for these in my Berkey. Should have done it years ago! I started making ice again instead of buying it. Water does not get those disgusting white floaters anymore. Even with Black Berkeys filteres water I got some floaters. I remember my childhood again when I drink this water. I was a Black Berkey snob. No more. Get them, you won't regret it. It fits my Berkey perfectly. And these filters have been tested at a government approved lab, unlike Berkey filters. I cannot stop being amazed by how pleasant it is to drink water again.

Replaced aging Berkey filters with these and seem to be doing great. They will filter quite slowly for the first 10 gallons or so. After that, they work well. Water tastes great.

Great tasting filtered water!

It’s disheartening to see that even well-regarded companies from reputable countries, like England, sometimes engage in misleading advertising by not clearly disclosing product size changes. I recently purchased filters advertised as "Made in England" that were initially double the size of the current version. Unfortunately, the size reduction isn’t mentioned anywhere, leaving customers unaware of the difference. It’s also concerning that there seems to be limited oversight on platforms like Amazon to ensure transparency. This has been quite disappointing. Look at the picture!
