I’m 9 days post op tummy tuck and I feel great. By day 6 I had no swelling and go excess fluids . By day 3 I was standing straight up with no hunch back. this is the real deal. i purchased as i had repair surgery for my knee. i found out about this product from a plastic surgeon site, however i thought it would benefit me as soft tissue is soft tissue and repair is repair. i followed the protocol 2 weeks prior to 'physical trauma' as they call it and then 2 weeks after adding the bromelian supplement and the arnica as directed. i haven't taken not 1 pain pill that was prescribed. i did take the blood thinner as directed as i am in compression hose. just say no to clots! the added benefit is that the bromelian and quercetin also are natural blood thinners and so it was just gravy. i feel good. i am about to order another round to keep the healing moving along! get this it's fantastic and NATURAL and healing the body's trauma vs. just blocking pain receptors to the brain but not making it better than it was. The first time I took these products it helped me heal after surgery pretty well. I ordered again for my next surgery and the results was not as great. So I guess it's hit or miss. I'd try it again

I purchased this product bc I noticed a lot of surgeons gave and/or recommended it to their patients getting ready to undergo plastics. It came with a lot of the things I was already going to purchase...the Bromelain, the arnica and “Juven.” I heard that the Juven tasted nasty and I didnt want to purchase it for $80 and end up not drinking it. So I purchased this. The Directions are clear. The morning formula turns my pee a bright yellow. And the evening formula taste very much like prenatals. The arnica has definitely helped with the bruising. I am a week out from surgery and almost all bruising has subsided accept where the major trauma was. The bromelain has helped with the swelling as well. I just set timers in my “medicine app” to remind me when to take the pills to make it easier. I feel my healing has been quick and pretty easy compared to others.
