Too early to judge this product's efficacy, but I just wanted to point out that this is a very different product from what it was the last time I took it back in college in the 90's. For starters, the active ingredient is now ephedrizine instead of ephedrine and now includes caffeine as well. And in addition there is the very big visual difference in that these tablets are no longer "mini" or "thin". They were tiny back in the 90's and were solid white and maybe 4-5 mm in diameter. These are a whole centimeter in diameter and 6mm thick. Unexpectedly, when broken in two you can see that the majority of the tablet is a lighter brown color with a white coating. I guess that is fine... why bleach it when you can coat it? At any rate, this is a very different product than what I remember. I expect there are others with outdated expectations, and they would be happier if they know this when ordering.

Horrible! Not like original. No increase in energy and did not decrease appetite. No refund or exchange. Not worth the price at all.

This product is great and use as directed. Over consumption is not good. Take breaks from it too. But the product works very good for once in a while use.

I’ve been taking this product for years. It’s the only one that works well for my caffeine tolerance. I would definitely recommend taking it with food if possible. No side effects other than sometimes I get upset stomach if I take it with no food.

I read a reddit post that said mixing this with tyrosine is borderline equivalent to addies. I wouldn't say that's true mostly, but I do find these a great addition to my everyday routine and there are some similarities. I take one (and a 750mg tyrosine) about 30 minutes before I wake up in the morning and I can actually function like a normal human being. Some days I'll take another dose midway through my workday, but not always. They definitely curb hunger and wake you up. I will say, the first day I took these, I crashed HARD and had a take a nap on my break. The next few times my body must've gotten used to it, and I take it every day. I still drink coffee or an energy drink -- I probably wouldn't need extra caffeine but I'm addicted and why not. But I can see why it might be too much of a rush for people who aren't used to being super high-speed.
