BLACK+DECKER spillbuster Cordless Spill + Spot Cleaner (BHSB320JP)

I have white velvet furniture, so I was really anxious to get something that could handle any possible accidents. I love this machine!!! It literaly sucks up liquids and the solids all at once. It sucks up the liquid to an almost dry state out of carpets. It's easy to clean, because the suction container holds everything, but opens up widely so that it is easy to separate the solids from liquid and just pour the liquid out. Container is so easy to clean. This literally couldn't be better. Plus, you can turn the brush on and off as needed. This is literally the most AWESOME PRODUCT!!! You can't be disappointed.

I’ve had good luck with Black and Decker products but this one was an exception. The vacuum portion worked okay, it was easy to spray the cleaner onto the carpet and work it into the carpet with the brush bar. Where the item failed is in the weak suction of the cleaning solution back up from the carpeting. I had a very sick kitty that started to eliminate outside the litter box. I ignored it because he was dealing with enough and chose to clean it up after he sadly passed. Once the cleaning solution is on the carpeting, the only way to get the smell out is to suck up the dirty solution. This item failed to do that. I tried for a long time to use it as a wet vac by pressing it into the carpeting, angling the item until I could see solution being sucked up, then holding it in that spot until the solution stops being sucked up. The amount that I got into the collection basin was a small compared the amount of pet urine solution I used. I gave up on the item and instead used a stack of 10 paper towels, stepping on them and worked my way down to two paper towels to soak up the solution until the paper towel was dry. When I first started the paper towel method, the carpeting was still soaked. The item failed in sucking up an adequate amount of the dirty solution.

Dont understand why so many negative reviews. Just have used 1-2 times. Suits my needs perfectly. Seems kinda hard to push\operate, have to learn more about learning\using. Seems very well made. Glad to see parts are dishwasher safe. Plus its a "Black & Decker" Update: Accidently sucked up Puffs tissue. I could not retrieve tissue fast enough go keep from being sucked up. Still learning, still 5 stars.

Did not work as hoped. The suction is just ok. Water leaks from somewhere; either the dirty water container or from the suction hose. Constantly have to recharge it, and it leaks. It’s too bulky and cumbersome to use.

i bought because i need it to clean my sofa. not really satisfied with purchase. it fells heavy and you an get tired really easy.

Works as expected. Easy to use. Used for cleaning up after pets and kids!

This product may work well if you have children who throw wet cereal onto hard floors and you need to vacuum it up. When it comes to carpet, it is a waste of time. The suction is not strong enough to pick up water and/or cleaning solution from carpet, so you might empty an entire tank of clean water on a spot and get very little of it back up. The spray trigger works on a manual pump system, so you do not get a steady stream of water. After spending $99 on this, we have stuck it in the back of the closet and gone back to hauling out our full-size carpet cleaner for any spot. Considering Black + Decker's reputation, it is a huge disappointment.

I have to be honest, this portable carpet cleaner turned out to be so much better than I thought it would be! It is small/compact, very easy to use, and most of all, very powerful for its size! It has great suctioning and gets the stains out fairly easily. I have a dog who has many accidents and it takes only a few minutes to grab it and fill it with the cleaning solution, so I’m able to get to the effected area right away and get the stain out!
