I buy these on behalf of my 87 year old uncle. Also Vitamin B12 slow release. He certainly finds that they are helping him, giving him more energy and clearer thinking. But this is on conjunction with a good, colourful and varied diet. He loves gardening and produces hundreds of plants a year for his garden and many other relatives and friends. Up at 5am and working often until 8pm, using high steps 20+ times a day as his garden is split level. Actually he is physically amazing for his age. He also keeps his house immaculate, doing all household duties as well.

Only later did I notice it contains iron, ginseng, and maca — not ideal if you’re sensitive or have heart issues.Might work well for younger men, but older users may do better with a simpler, iron-free option.
