Just ok, it cant compare to the authentic Serrano Ham from Spain, the one cut from the leg and bone...greasy, aromatic and full.

Expensive but good quality
Good quality slices, not fatty. Only 5 sliced but full of flavour. Separates well in packet.

some white dots in the ham
It tastes good but there are some white dots in the ham. One concern was the eggs of the pork tapeworm, a parasite. But the data we found said it could be a precipitated amino acid crystal .
