Have had this about 3 months now. Car vacuum, cat litter area, back porch rug, little spills in house. Powerful and long lasting battery. I did mount mine to a block of wood to add weight to the base do it sits with out falling over. Highly recommend to everyone as a good back up.

I have held back writing a review until I had for at least months. I had the model below this one and it gave up after a year. I really loved using it however and decided to try this more powerful newer model. So much improved I feel now a winner. Pro's are: #1. Twice as much suction as the old version and all the extra tools provided really work. The upholstery tool is unbelievable. #2. They have improved big time the docking station. The smaller model required you to connect to the vaccum then wall plug in with every use to the unit.. New one is a dream. You plug in once to wall and leave..The vaccum now sits on its own on docking station. When you want it you grab and go. So convenient. #3. Light and very easy to hold and handle on all surfaces. Excellent on pet hair and stairs all 5 stars. CON's: #1. Yes, the dirt holder is small so you do have to empty often. BUT taking all into consideration. I feel well worth it. Besides you sure know it is doing the job! #2. I decided on the extended warranty to play it safe. Good idea yes? " BUT" after adding to my order and paying for I had to call Amazon to advise I have received nothing. They said it was coming with a email contact from the warranty company. Never received . Now concerned I have been scammed on that part. So I must advise you to look into that contract carefully before adding to your order and never getting . Avoid my wasted extra dollars! FOOTNOTE: I saw Costco had a hand Black& Decker on display recently. IT IS NOT the same. It is a Car Vac Model. Lower suction and not intended for the same cleaning needs.

This is a fantastic hand vacuum. I've purchased five of them over the years: two for myself, one for my mother, and one as a gift. What sets this vacuum apart is the form factor, and it checks all the boxes for convenience, versatility, and quality: 1. Good suction for a battery-operated unit and decent run time. 2. Expandable hose for the suction end that docks with the unit when not in use. 3. Lightweight. 4. Charging base that neatly houses the attachments: brush, crevice tool, and pet hair tool. 5. Can be purchased with a floor attachment if desired. These are boxes that must be checked for a great hand vacuum in my opinion, and this unit excels in each area. I love that I can hold the unit in one hand and the suction end in another using the expandability of the hose which conveniently wraps around the unit for storage. I keep this unit in the kitchen for quick pickup of various messes on the counters or floor. I would not want to be without it as it's become such an integral part of my cleanup routine. And if you have a cat or dog that sheds, you are going to want this unit nearby. It makes life so much easier living with pets, and the pet hair attachment is super effective. The only criticism I have is that the battery is not designed for user replacement. I've taken an old unit apart to see if I could replace the battery, and honestly it can be done if you possess soldering skills and have the time, but it's not something the average user will want to take on, and it's easy to damage the housing getting the thing open. As for the quality of the battery, the run time is good. Probably 10-12 minutes of constant use. But the big question is how many cycles will one get out of it? I honestly don't know. I used my old unit almost every day for at least two years, sometimes for just a minute or two, and sometimes until the battery ran out while cleaning my car. It died shortly after the two-year mark, and now I own a new one. Replacing the unit every two years is worth it to me for the convenience. I also have a small WORX vacuum with a similar form factor, and I like it, but it's not as strong, doesn't have the same versatility, and really is only good for very small jobs. I keep it on my desk for light dusting and sucking up random cat hair. I would have given 5 stars if this unit had a replaceable battery. Black and Decker, please, please, redesign this unit with a replaceable battery!

Works great for the car as well as pet hair on the stairs or most any household spill. Battery lasts a long time and it has great suction.

La aspiradora es muy compacta pero con buena potencia, no tiene problemas para aspirar polvo y pelo (no agua). La limpieza es muy facil con tan solo abrir su compuerta y vaciarlo adecuadamente en el bote de basura. Conviene de vez en cuando desmotar el compartimiento y los filtros para lavarlos con agua para que siempre funcione con normalidad. La bateria funciona bien para un "aspirada" a conciencia de la casa o auto, que por ser sin cables esto puede ser posible muy facilmente

Didn't want to give it any stars but it awarded itself with one, the Vac was delivered with the wrong plug for this country (UK) so can't use it.

Save your money and just get the corded version if you like the style. This thing just lacks the power, wish i got the coeded version

Es compacta, bonita, funcional, pero la pila le dura muy poco tiempo, tal vez unos 15 mins usandola sin parar, además de que le falta mas potencia, si hace su trabajo bien pero te queda la sensación de que podría ser mejor.

Estoy encantada con mi mini aspiradora, es muy práctica y desde que la ocupo me enojo menos con mis hijos cuando tiran migajas de pan, el cereal, y todo tipo de basuras pequeñas. Aspiro todo el pelo de mis mascotas sin problema y de repente la llevo al coche para aspirarlo. Me encanto !
