Unlike the harness straps with lights, your batteries could die and leave you with minimal protection. With this vest you don't have a light, but you do have a much larger amount of high visibility material that never needs batteries. I've also heard the harness type vests are hard to put on. This one is easy and fit over a coat easily since the side is pretty much entirely open. The material is also stronger than some wimpy mesh material that will rip easily.And if all that's not enough for you.... it comes with 2 arm/ankle straps. What more could you possibly want at this price????

Excellent. Have had other similar styles over the years of biking i. e. Slip over vest reflector. This product is superior. Soft, Velcro bands wide at the bottom, small zipper pocket in front gir emergency information, keys or phone.

not quite the quality i expected, but it is usable and was very inexpensive. the fit is somewhat odd, because of the cut of the garment and the material.

This vest it fantastic! The velcro straps are sturdy and have a wide range of adjustment. I shined my bike light on it in a darkened garage before one ride and as advertised, it is highly reflective. I've used it about 7-8 times now and instead of washing it in the washer, I simply rinse it off in a sink, lightly wring it out and let it air dry on a clothes rack.
