I am always skeptical of these products that claim to help with thinning hair. That being said, I took a shot on Evolis after reading a reccomendation from GQ. I am so happy I did. I noticed a marked improvement in my hair immediately after the first usage of this conditioner. My hair is thicker and healthier after 60 days of usage, best of all it looks so much better. Here's my break down, YMMV: Scent: Not much of a scent to the product. What you do smell is pleasant enough and unisex, although I doubt anyone will notice. Texture: It is a bit thick but silky and spreads well throughout the hair and scalp. Rinses out cleany and simply-- much easier than many other conditioners. Thickening and Health: My hair appears thicker after use. It also is crazy soft and seems much healthier than it was prior to when I started using the Evolis products. Protip: This conditioner is fantastic to use *in place of* shampoo if you shower daily but only wash your hair 2-3 times a week as to not strip the oils from your hair. Drawbacks: It is a bit pricey for the amount of product you get. However this is hands down the best conditioner I have ever used. In conclusion, I would like to point out that I am now an Evolis convert. I have no problem spending money on a quality product that gives me the results I am looking for.

I like the smell a lot but the texture of the conditioner was a little grainy and not as smooth as I thought it would be. I have used other thickening conditioners that work a little better for me but I definitely think this might be a good fit for some.

Check with your dermatologist and/or GYN. Well, we can do things to take care of our hair. There’s nothing that’s going to prevent age related breakage, condition of, or hair loss. Was that said… Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)

Great product, and I’ve noticed my hair being even softer than usual since I started using this.
