Great for live streaming using your phone
Although i had a hard time using the item in the beginning due to technical difficulties, once everything's fixed, it's brought my live streaming to another level. The plugin rack and mixer that comes with it is amazing! I have yet to try the DAW but for now i am in love with this product.

The trrs output doesn't work
I bought this to be able to record higher quality audio with my phone. By the time I was able to set it up and try it out, my window to return it had closed. The trrs output jack didn't work and I bought this one specifically for that component. I could have bought a much less expensive unit and all the adapters to make that connection and saved some money. Very disappointing!

It’s not usable in any professional way
What it is supposed to do sounds impressive but it doesn’t completely deliver. The overall volume is lower than my other interfaces and so many features don’t work correctly. There is an audible clicking while using it.
