Easy to Apply and Excellent Long-Term Protection
This is the only product I will use for my concrete edging. It is very easy to apply and provides excellent, long-lasting protection. I re-apply this sealer every two years, and it consistently keeps my edging looking brand new. I especially love the low gloss wet look it provides—it really enhances the color without being overly shiny. Highly recommend for professional-grade results!

1st time sealer user, and happy with results.
This sealer worked great for us. It is definitely waterproof and hopefully will make snow/ice removal easier. The coverage was as expected, and I purchased the low gloss so the slight shine looks great. It really makes the paver block colors stand out better. It says on the bottle that it is not made to prevent ants from coming through the cracks, but it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't had any more problems with them. This stuff has an extreme chemical, so make sure you use a good quality respirator. So glad I went with this product.

Gave My Pool Area a Rich Wet Look and Brought Out the Color
Transformed My Pool Area with a Deep Wet Look Finish I used the Armor AR350 Low Gloss Wet Look Concrete Sealer on the slate rock around my pool and it completely changed the look for the better. I originally wanted black rock, but it was almost three times the price of the gray slate. After applying this sealer, the rock now has a wet, dark sheen that makes it look black, which is exactly what I wanted. It spreads easily using a handheld sprayer and gives a smooth, even finish with a nice low gloss that makes everything look clean and modern. The coverage was great and it really brought the color of the stone to life. The only drawback is the strong VOC odor. Even outdoors, it is pretty intense for about an hour after spraying. I definitely would not recommend using it indoors without proper ventilation and a respirator mask. Other than that, this product is fantastic. I am very happy with how it turned out and plan to use it on my marble pavers around the pool next. I will see how well it holds up over the next year, but for now I could not be happier with the look and finish. Highly recommend.

Fantastic wet look result, but the odor is overpowering
Product applied very easily. The end result is exactly as described, and very satisfying. however, the odor after application persists for days and is nearly overwhelming.

Great sealer
I have gone through gallons of this stuff and it is just the best you can get IMO. In the past I've mostly used big box store products that are water based. They don't come close. I have stained two large patios, most recently with Vivid acid stain (also an excellent product). This is the only sealer I would use on top of it. The coverage numbers are accurate, easy to apply with a 3/8 inch nap roller. It does water spot a little, and is slippery when wet, but we have a spa on the patio and it's not much of an issue. I just rinse it and run a mop over it once in a while. I do feel it’s a good value for the money because I've not found another product that is anywhere near as good.

Seals perfectly. Lays down even and smooth. Great wet look when completed.
Been using this every other year on our stamped concrete. Lays down easy with the correct steel sprayer. Follow the directions carefully to ensure temps and humidity are in range and a low wind day. Back roll to spread evenly in all the crevasses. Great wet look when completed. Allow a few hours to dry, 24 hours before heavy traffic. Seals well.

Incredible stuff.
This stuff brought our stamped concrete patio back to life. Looks basically brand new. Deepened the color back to original, and has the clear wet look we were going for. Far far better than the water based acrylic stuff you can get at the big box home improvement stores. I will be using this stuff every time I reseal. I used a heavy duty (bleach/deck) pump sprayer that worked amazingly well at spreading, and then quickly backrolled with a 3/4 inch nap roller. Super quick application. Just be careful to watch the outside temps. The instructions say to apply when the sun is declining for the day. I'd even recommend just waiting until the sun goes down. If the patio is still warm from the earlier sun, it can volatilize the product quickly. Thats the only real thing to worry about with this stuff: there is a narrow temperature range that you need to apply it, and also avoid rain. So we had to wait and watch the weather a lot to find a few days that would be ideal to apply

Product doesn't dry/cure right
I used this product on a 7 year old stamped concrete patio. I presurewashed the patio twice and let it dry completely for two days. The outside temp was in the high sixties to the low seventies. The first coat went on without a problem and looked great until the next day after it dried. These were numeroue white "blotches" on the surface. I contacted the seller and they stated that the overnight dew caused a problem with the curing process and recommended that I recoat the patio with Xylene. They credited my account for $20 to offset the cost of the Xylene and a roller pad. I thought this was very nice of them. So, I proceeded to apply the Xylene. It looked good for about a week. The the white blotches came back and they are still there. My opinion is that the product is not right chemically and doesn't cure/dry properly. I did a lot of work for a look that is just not right.
