These pills are huge. They are soft gels which make them easy to swallow. It suggests to take 2 but I can only manage 1, so I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I have noticed my hormones have been balanced since taking primrose oil. This seems like a good brand. I would recommend this.

These changed my life I was having bad issues with breast pains thought I had breast cancer had many mammograms and tests done and was reassured it was my hormones and scar tissue in my breast feeding. one a day is all thats needed for me to not have spouts of pain for days on end where I cant sleeper one around. I still get pains but much milder then they previously was and most recently I found two months being pain free

I've been using evening primrose oil for years now. It doesn't stop my pcos symptoms (hair) but it makes a significant difference after 3 weeks of continuous use. I went on holiday a couple of years ago and couldn't take it for 2 weeks and boy oh boy did I notice!!!! These capsules are great. Usual size, not anything bigger but high potency. I take mine when I remember thoughout the day, not necessarily with food. I can recommend, they're helping to keep the growth to a pluckable amount.
