These are great, but they don't heat up as much as I thought they would. Though they do heat up evenly.

With any non-stick cookware, it's almost impossible to tell how good the product is until a few years down the track. But so far I've been really impressed with this frying pan double set. Both pans are a great weight, light but also sturdy, they heat fantastically well, the non-stick is excellent, and I'm really happy with the purchase so far. The chocolate colour looks great too. Can't complain so far!

I tend to add a small amount of butter or olive oil when I cook, and when I do, these pans are very non-stick. The 12" pan is larger then I expected so I ended up also buying the set that comes with the 9" and 11" pans. I make a lot of fried eggs, omelettes, burgers, boneless/skinless chicken breasts, fried rice and stir fry's and everything cooks up great, doesn't stick, and cleans up super easy. They have a nice solid flat bottom and the pans lay nice and flat and seem to heat evenly. They are somewhat thicker then the cheaper more generic pans they are replacing in my house, so they take a little longer to heat up and I tend to cook things with a slightly higher temp setting. I'm thinking of buying a set as a Christmas gift. Quite pleased so far.

These are the best frying pans and skillets I have used. Looks good and works well. I only have these in my kitchen, 8.5”, 10” and 12”.

I purchased these pans as a Christmas gift for myself in December 22, and I am loving them! I've always been frustrated that the midsized collection pan sets available on the market never seem to include the size of pans that are used most often, or that would be the most convenient. I never wanted to shell out for all the extras in a large set that would include the sizes I want. This 9 and 11 inch duo of fryers are the perfect compromise. They have seen daily use since the beginning of January for breakfast and dinner dishes and still look brand new! As advertised, food does not stick to these pans, and cleanup, even by hand, which I prefer, is a breeze. If you are used to the thinner bases of supermarket brand pans (I was for the fryers) you'll notice that they take a little longer to heat up, but once hot, there is consistent heat distribution. They make an excellent sear on meats. I can fit three large bone-in chops at a time in the 11 inch pan, and the 9 inch is perfect for making omelettes that are easy to turn against those high edges. I got them on sale, but even at full price, if you're looking for a long-lasting, heavy-duty pair of fryers, look no further! Five Stars.
