Good product

Absolutely unreliable product The quality of Zebronics is absolutely abysmal. The first time product (keyboard+mouse) was received, left click button of mouse wasn't working. And shame on Amazon, they insist that if the product is defective, we take it up with the service center. They seem to be using us to offload their defective stock and not take an ounce of responsibility. Also, the first few times you contact the Amazon customer care, their bot will jerk you around a few times and only then allow to speak with a human agent. Anyways, i managed to convince amazon agent to offer me a replacement. And the next one I receive has an ok mouse BUT A DEFECTIVE KEYBOARD. This time too, I first contact the Zebronics customer care (like Amazon insists) and surprise, surprise - there is no reply (HINT: the Zebronics phone line doesn't have people but only machine). So, I again try to contact Amazon care guy, get jerked off a few times but the bot and finally manage to get a return. If anyone here knows how to take Amazon to task for importing dump-worthy defective chinese products in our country, it's worth pursuing. Do tell.

Keyboard is not working

This has to be the cheapest quality plastic, I've ever seen. If I accidently drop it! It will completely break into pieces! The keyboard buttons are cheap quality as well so accidental pressing wrong keys will happen most of the time. But gave it a 3 star as they have priced it the same way as well. And the mouse is very good as compared to the mouse which comes at this price. I would recommend this If you are careful with your product as its just 500 for both keyboard and mouse.

This is most beautiful product for low budget wireless mouse and keyboard set. I was very happy about that product but you need different types of batteries for mouse and keyboard for different. Also packaging of this product is dissatisfied. But product is good.

Got it for 399. Quality is average but considering the price it's very good This is probably the cheapest Wireless keyboard and mouse available. Update 17/10/2023: Right Arrow Key,0,1,5,8,/ are not working in numpad so I have applied for a replacement will update after I receive the Replacement. Update 22/10/2023 Recived the replacement This was packed properly and there was seal on the box which was missing on the last product I thought there exists no seal Also this box was clean and had amazon packaging on it which the last product didn't have. The seller probably sent me a used product earlier as if i won't notice This one is working properly and is a newer model. Please check for seal and the box should be in mint condition otherwise replace or return it instantly. 29/OCT/2023 The newer product also has issues like mouse accuracy and sensitivity and double characters are typed when I press some keys The whole product is defective. I still have the refund policy but I won't because this was an okayish deal for the price Also I won't suggest buying this product It's bad and has many quality issues. I don't have the replacement option again otherwise I would have replaced it again. Update 26 Nov The Mouse works for 20 days with cells And on single click it registers double Don't but this product.
