Great Cake flour and affordable
It was a first try on this cake flour from Italy. We used it for our homemade cake and it was amazing. Really good quality and affordable as well. Definitely will buy again for more baking cake.

Expensive but worth it for special cakes.
This is expensive flour, but it really does make your baking lighter. I first bought it to make a red velvet cake for a special occasion, and it got loads of compliments and requests for the recipe.

Great! But possibly cheaper alternatives that will give you the same result
I was looking for cake flour (as specified in many American recipes). The protein content was the same range as the flours you get in the UK. It made the most glorious lemon and poppy seed pound cake! The crumb was perfect. I made it for a picnic and got many compliments. However, you might be able to find a cheaper alternative (quality uk brand in supermarkets), with the same protein content that will give you an identical result. I haven't tried it for sponge (that calls for cake flour) so I can’t speak on that. However, it’s excellent quality. Will experiment with other flours, if they fail to live up to this flour, I will deffo purchase this one again.

La qualità della farina Caputo ormai la conosco, ho voluto provare anche questa farina 00 per dolci e, come sempre, ha avuto un'ottima resa, dolci soffici, buonissimi e friabili. Consiglio sicuramente l'acquisto perché la farina Caputo è davvero una garanzia.

Ottima farina per chi cerca un prodotto di qualità che fra una marcia in più in cucina. Farine Caputo le uso da molto tempo sia per pizza che per dolci come in questo caso e fanno la differenza sul risultato finale.
