Uni-ball Signo DX UM-151 Gel Ink Pen 10 Set(Blue-Black)

I write a great deal at work and often need to write really small. I was nervous about the size .38 because I’ve never gone below a .5. I love these pens! They are the perfect size for what I do. The color is beautiful and shows up really well when scanning or copying documents (which is another thing I do a lot of at work.) They write as smooth as any other gel pen and don’t snag the paper. My only complaint would be that 2 pens out of the box (I haven’t gone through them all yet), dry up or get clogged so I had to through them away. Still a good pen for my purposes.

Favorite pen to use. I can write very small letters and still see the clarity. Each pen is long-lasting with smooth and bold colors that don't fade over time. Also useful for writing kanji and other detailed characters, which is why these are popular where they are manufactured (in Japan). If your handwriting is of the larger size variety, you might want to avoid. Otherwise excellent for calligraphy, small and cursive writing, fast writers and quick note-taking.

When I was in high school, I had used them and have never found any other pen that came close to this. I'm glad I bought them through Amazon because these pens write so smoothly and last a long time. I love how fine the tip is. It dries quickly after writing and doesn't smudge. I highly recommend them.

I've been ordering these pens for years now, and I use no other unless I need a dense imprint, such as on labels, in which case I use a felt-tip. I do not use much pressure when I write, so a ballpoint skips the first couple of strokes. Felt pens work, but I cannot find one that writes fine enough for my preference. The Uni-ball Signo is just right for my Goldilocks finickiness. It never skips, and the imprint is ultra fine so that every writing detail shows up. And I really like the blue-black color which is not available in most other pens. OK, it might not be for everyone, but if you are a Goldilocks, too, this pen just might be for you. ~

Great product! The ink was so smooth!

It's all there in the title. I bought the pen for sketching and it's great at it. I've tried two of them so far so unless the remaining pens are absolute duds, there's not much to improve. You can't vary line weight, not by much at all, but that's not what these are for. They write smoothly, the blue-black is a very nice color (I use it as an accent, or for shading, in black ink sketches and it's great for that) and the pen is very ergonomic. Not too heavy, not too light. So far I've tried it on lined notebook paper, printer paper, and 100gsm sketchbook paper, and it always does well. Ink doesn't smudge unless you deliberately (or accidentally, it's possible) pool some ink and swipe at it. I haven't had an issue though. Not just 5/5 but 10/10, would recommend.

Horrible pens. I wish I could return them after having tried one. They scratch when writing and the ink is barely visible. I don't understand how they can get such great reviews.

This has a needle tip, which takes getting use to. It writes immediately. It is easy to hold because of the rubber grip. In my opinion it is better than the Muji pens, which do skip. Because its a needle tip you need to have paper on a hard surface or it pokes a hole in the page. It’s a nice dark blue/black..

The UM-151 is a pretty well-known pen so there's not much left to say about it. I've been using these for the past seven years and the only issue I've ever had was that they will stop working if dropped on the head. The only factor is price and shipping and those were both good.

I love these pens, they're the only ones I use. They are very smooth to write with and i love the colour. Great seller, very quick.

Pens are working fine, box is in pretty bad shape but package had bubble wraps to protect it.
