I will be having cervical fusion surgery and this helps me keep my head in the position it should be in with enough movement that it doesn't hurt. The padding is excellent and you can't feel the hard parts on your skin. The cover is soft and keeps the padding from getting hot. I love the 2 sizes of height to get the most accurate fit. The size chart is right on. I have a 14" neck and the ends of the padding by the velcro meet perfectly. Having the lower 3" height means it doesn't push on the occipital area. I definitely recommend is your dr says it's a good idea.

I love this collar! The size chart is spot-on, and it is so much more comfortable than the bulky, thinly padded, plastic framework collar that the hospital sent me home from neck surgery wearing. I couldn't sleep at all while wearing the "hospital" collar, but I taking it off for sleep isn't an option. This support collar is a dream to sleep in. It provides plenty of support, and the "stiffness" is just right to help keep me from inadvertently turning my head, or bending my neck, too much. I would sincerely recommend this collar for anyone who's had neck surgery like me, or suffers from neck/cervical spine pain, as long as your doctor approves it.

Comfortable neck brace!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The quality is exceptionally good. But be careful of the sizing. It's very un- comfortable and hard. Is not nearly jenough flexible and it hurts under the chin. Should but the ne t large size.

This is so much better than than a foam neck brace. My neck feels nicely supported when wearing it and provides me with great pain relief. I can comfortably wear it to bed without any discomfort. I purchased a Small even though I was between two sizes and the brace fits perfectly. Love the removable cover which is very soft and silky. I'm only giving 4 stars for comfort because the Velcro is new and very tight. Hoping with use it will be easier to release Velcro. Would absolutely recommend.

Purchased as new. Product arrived obviously worn with sweat or makeup stains, hairs & pilling of material.

I use this now after surgery extra support when driving and running my dogs in Agility only. I felt it will stop any harsh movements for sudden stops or falling I would recommend it.

I often pull my neck because of dogs on leads and lifestyle hazards like picking up post and making the bed. I’ve tried lots of ‘clinically’ similar types of neck support with double and triple price tags. However, let me spare your hard earned pennies and research - This literally does EXACTLY what it says on the tin. It actually REALLY REALLY does. Sue me if I’m wrong! Soft under the chin and more robust at the chest area. Honestly, it’s absolutely bob on. I get a Large.. not because I’m an Olympic discus thrower but because it adequately does my petite/size UK 10 neck. I’ve made the mistake in the past of getting small or medium and it is stretched to the limits of velcro-tension-isity because I can only assume the consumer testing was done on very very small people or children under 5. So.. the conclusion is this. This is awesome. Ladies, buy a Large. It’s very comfortable, non irritating and is absolutely perfect for those times of sore necks and sore pulled shoulders when you require hardcore painkillers, medicinal alcohol and a fork lift truck to turn your head left and right. I was advised by a specialist to buy neck support to help me with pain. I have multilevel degenerative disc disease. My bigest problem was being in pain at night and waking up with numbness in my hands. After sleeping in it I'm not in pain at all. I'm very happy with the product and can easy and highly recommend it.

Good support for my neck while I await an operation

I've used this thing a few times a week for about six months. The support isn't terrible, but like others, I found it not quite high enough - I can tilt my head to either side too easily, and it only really supports my head and neck if I sit back and rest my head on the back of the chair. Which brings me to how it broke; I'm not sure how long it's supposed to last, but where it fastens at the back, the foam is weak, as it's compromised by the stitching of the velcro. The foam in the fastening part has now completely detached inside the sleeve, meaning it barely fastens, remains loose, and gives even less support. Verdict: not bad, but there must be better ones out there.
