I dissolve this in warm water as it seems to clump less that way. I’ve been using this product for the past year to promote muscle relaxation before bed. The taste is slightly medicinal as expected but not bitter. I did try another brand and found this powder supplement to be far more palatable. I’m not a doctor or nutritionist so I cannot comment on any health benefits other than my own perception. I love this stuff.

I love the testing behind this powder. This is one of theor highest concentrated powders so take that into consideration. I use 1 scoop nightly. Really helps with my sciatic pain. Side affect for me is vivid dreams. I find this to be a positive but I get others maybe not so much. My toddlers get a tiny amount about 1/5 of a scoop. I feel like it helps with their sleep, but sometimes it's like I never gave them anything. Maybe they need something else.

I use this at night and its sooooo good for relaxing my body. My body gets heavy on the bed and I feel rested the next day. Love it. Mix with water no taste.

Wasnt super pleased with this one. Mixed well but fell to bottom of glass if not chugged within 10 minutes. Had a sweeter side taste to it and gave me the cha chas.

Powder form magnesium and I get zero digestive issues. It goes down smoothly no strong citric taste. It is magnesium bisglycinate which supports sleep and for me anxiety. Obviously test it out on your body with smaller amounts first. Increase gradually if needed. I have taken magnesium for a long time and this one is effective and gentle on my stomach. No unwanted side effects however I have taken magnesium for a long time. I was familiar with this brand as I have been informed they are a quality company when I previously bought magnesium in pill form. I am finding myself wanting to reduce the pills I take for supplements and this one makes sense to get in powder form since it doesn’t have taste and is easy to digest. It’s worth the cost good quality product and easy to drink which makes it easier to commit to.

This product works very well and causes no GI upset! Taste is not the best but eating a strawberry or a small plum immediately after drinking and it is not as unpleasant. Great product, helps to maintain mg levels to what they should be.

It's magnesium powder, good stuff

I'm tired of taking pills, and I always look for the healthiest choice when it comes to any type of food product, supplement, etc. I don't want the additives, preservatives, dyes, etc. The more natural the better. This magnesium dissolves instantly, and it works great in a small amount of water. Honestly, I take it before bed, and next thing I know I'm out like a light. There is a slight taste to it, not sure how to explain, but it isn't off-putting or anything. But it definitely tastes better than take the hard tablets.

Had a hard time finding powder form in stores, so glad when I found it on Amazon.
