These are exactly what I needed. Simple stretch bands that were better quality than what they gave me at physical therapy that wouldn’t keep breaking and I can increase the resistance. The rubber is really smooth and doesn’t pinch my skin when I do stretches. I was worried they may slip because they are so soft but actually do a good job staying in place. I wanted cute colors because I wanted them to match some of my other workout stuff and these are perfect. For the price, these have been great. No complaints.

These are great. It's a nice range of resistances. The size works for well for an average male build or a petite female build. They have no odor. The material is thin, but they seem to be sturdy. They grip well, but not so much that they irritate skin or hair, and have a pleasantly soft feel. That specific combination of material qualities was a welcome surprise. They also proactively reached out to ensure product satisfaction.

This is the second time I've bought this brand of exercise bands. The first pair worked great, except over time, the one band I would use most of the time snapped on me. I have a hard time not getting it to roll when it's around my thighs. I'm having to constantly stop and fix it. They come in a cute little bag, so when you're done using them, you can place them in the bag and out of the way. They are good quality, just roll when using on the thighs.

love these resistance bands! brings up the intensity level in my workouts. definitely lives up to the weights provided. did not snap when i used. very comfortable to use. it does slip a little. they are a good length since they are stretchy. not very safe if a heavy band hits you hard. overall, i definitely recommend these bands. great for at home workouts if you don't have access to a gym!

The different bands are different difficulty. I've been playing it safe because I don't want it to accidentally hit my legs or arms. But this is a good at-home workout set. :)

Really good quality and don’t slip on my thighs which is a big plus. They come with a little pouch and ideas for workouts.

Good set of resistance bands in varying resistance, I like the fact that they are different colors so it is easy to distinguish out of the carry bag. They work well in my workout. My only minor issue is the bands are a little flimsy and tend to roll together on certain exercises which is annoying and sometimes I have to stop to smooth them out because it is cutting into me.
