Easy to finish assembly. It comes with everything necessary including oil and a hose coupler for cutting deck self cleaning! Engaging/disengaging the front wheels is simple - don't forget to set both on the same way! Maneuverability is excellent. Cutting around small trees or in straight lines is easy. Choice of walking speed is simple. Start slowly when the front wheels are castoring and going around small objects. Cut quality is very good. This mower has the feel of being very well made and hopefully will give years of good service. Based on that I would say it is value for money - time will tell!

I hate cables. I hate cables so much that I ditched my old electric mower and moved up to this petrol-driven mower with a large grass box. This mower is very heavy which is not so bad when you are going forward as its self-propelled. Pulling it backwards, from a fence for example, can be a bit of a workout. The front wheels can either be locked or fixed if you want perfectly straight stripes. This is not a mower for you if you have a small garden as you would be pulling it about too much. But if you have a large/medium lawn to mow then its great. Everything on it is adjustable. The cutting height and speed can both be tailored to your requirements. During the growing season, the grass box holds about a week's worth of growth for my rear garden meaning that I only have to empty it once. Also, mine came with a bottle of oil for the engine which was a bonus.

The machine itself is really well specified and good to use...... when it is working. Unfortunately for me during my 4 months of ownership there was a fault on the oil filler cap which resulted in the top working loose during mowing, which resulted in engine oil covering the engine before I realised. Hyundai support were quick to resolve. However, more recently it has developed a gearbox fault which rendered it motionless7. Again Support were very responsive and did offer to supply a free gearbox for me to fit. 😂Expecting customers to fit major parts as a quick solution isn't my idea of customer service. However, Amazon were extremely fast collecting the machine and giving me a refund. 👍 I have always bought second hand Hondas previously, which were very very reliable, but thought I would treat myself to a new Hyundai based on their reliability in the car market. It was a mistake. This machine failed with less than 15hrs on the clock. Maybe I was unlucky.

It's heavy weight came as a surprise rather than a shock but that is mainly when first getting the machine out and putting it back. However for those grass areas that are limited to only a' drive and then pull back' function: they show how heavy it can be, when pulling it back towards you. The trolley wheels are very good but 180 degrees turns will leave one wheel at the centre of location; thus scoring the grass. But that is purely a cutting, and methodical choice. Taking out and putting back the grass bin is a back-bending nuisance as both hands are needed. This is when you notice that the feeder aperture into the grass bin can be too often jammed full of cuttings? Uneven ground can jam and hence the drive wheels skid - but that is hardly a fault - more a ground problem and height adjustment. The battery start, engine power, drive-speed control,together with the wash feature: all combined with maneuvering and mobility, help to save the day and can make cutting the grass and lawn areas, almost a pleasure.
