Nasal breathing while sleeping
After reading top footballers were taping their mouths shut at night to ensure nasal breathing I thought I’d give it a try. I am happy with the tape and my mouth stays closed all night ensuring I get the benefit of nasal breathing. I will buy it again

Great tape but smells realky bad

Like a sponge!
Like a sponge absorbs all water and falls off, if you have a shower it will loose all adhesive and come off.
