This Vicks Sinex Severe spray works so well for me. The moment I use it, my nose opens up and I can finally breathe again. The VapoCOOL feeling is strong but refreshing, and it clears my nasal passages almost instantly. When I’m sick or super congested, this is the only thing that keeps my nose open all day. I also feel like it helps me recover faster because I’m actually able to breathe and sleep better. It cleans out my nostrils and gives real relief, not just a little. Highly recommend if you need something powerful that actually works.

Holy Opened Sinuses, Batman ! This stuff means business. Think of it like Draino for your nose...lol If you understandably don't care for that imagery, just think of it as a top notch product that works and will provide you with the much needed relief you're longing for... There's no shortage of generic knock offs out there, and their cheaper price tag makes them a tempting option. But, I'm telling you that this brand name works twice as well with only half the number of sprays. Plus it's in a glass bottle, and while I don't know if that makes any difference, it might keep the product fresh for a longer period of time. You're sick. You feel lousy. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for something that works. It's good for the economy...lol May your free breathing be restored.

Nothing works as well for me. FYI h hold nozzle to outer nasal membrane when squirted within nostril for max. Effectiveness. Straight up spray bypasses sinus cavities which are each side of nostril. Verify with ENT, allergist, or. Pharmacist.

Literally cleared my sinuses. Felt a burn straight up my nose. Not sure its a good thing but it worked. Also liked the cooling fresh effect

I've tried pretty much every nasal spray for congestion. Most don't do much. Enter Vicks Sinex. All I can say is WOW. This really, really works. I've had horrible conjestion and Vicks Sinex works each and every time. You won't be disappointed.
