Lifesaver nursing twins. Using it as I write this. Love that it clips in the back and is cheaper than the twin z, which does not clip in the back.

I got this in around 6pm, just used it for the first time at 8:30, and now it's 9 and I had to wrote a review! This pillow is super supportive. I did have to put a pillow under it to get it to a good height, but it's very sturdy under babies. The pillow itself is so light, soft, and easy to use! I am on the smaller side and had trouble using the twin z because of gaps and my babies sliding down into them. This pillow stays snug enough to my body that I didn't experience any slipping at all! This is truly the essential twin feeding pillow in my opinion (and cheaper than the competing twin z). I'm looking forward to continued use of this pillow.

This is my 3rd nursing pillow I have purchased for my twins. I wish I had purchased this from the beginning. It is great for nursing both at the same time or just one baby. It is my favorite because it is designed to Accommodate plus size mamas, holds its firmness and is comfortable for all of us. The side buckle makes it easy to put on and take off especially once they have fallen asleep nursing and I transfer them to their crib. It’s the only pillow they will fall asleep nursing in. It’s designed very well. The fact that you can adjust the straps and Velcro area to perfectly fit around you is amazing. I am a size 22 and it fits around me with a lot of extra room to spare.

Our twins are three weeks old and I was using the original Breast Friend pillow I had from our oldest child. The twins are quickly growing out of preemie size and getting too big to use the original pillow, so I broke down and ordered this one. Unfortunately it was delivered with defective stitching on the Velcro strap and would undoubtedly continue to fall out after washing and using so I’m having to return it. This is the reason for the loss of a star. Otherwise the pillow is amazing and perfect for tandem nursing. The twins feel secure and it puts them in a good position. I do wish there was a slight elevation difference at the front so they aren’t laying flat but I just stick a pillow between my knees and the pillow and it does the trick. It has an extra pillow at the back for lumbar support which is nice. It is definitely more comfortable than the smaller, original pillow. The buckle is one of the reasons I ordered the original version for my oldest child and feels like a necessary thing now. It doesn’t move and feels secure once you have it on. This pillow is HUGE. Again, great for tandem nursing but I have no idea where to store something so big between feedings. Refer to pictures for size difference! Overall, the pillow works exactly as it should and will get a ton of use over the next year so I have reordered one already. I wish I didn’t have to return this one due to bad stitching but for the price I’m paying and the amount of use it will get, I can’t risk it falling apart so easily.

So supportive, I had twins and this was the BEST and easiest for tandem feeding. I was recommended the TwinZ pillow which is double the price and not nearly as supportive as this one.

Feeling like is just bought a luxury car LOL! My twins are 2 weeks old and are feeding a lot. I can tell we both love it. I feel so much relief on my back, arms and shoulders. I can tell they're comfortable too which also puts my mind at ease. Great product made with twin moms in mind :)

I have such a love/hate relationship with this pillow. It was amazing for the first month of tandem nursing my twins. Both could easily fit on the pillow and tandem nursing suddenly felt possible. Then, they passed 8lbs, and suddenly the pillow didn’t seem able to support them. It would sag under their weight, and they would roll into the hole around my lap. I had to stop nursing in my chair because I was so worried about them rolling off the edges. The only way I could get it to work was by sitting cross-legged on the couch, propping throw pillows under the sides, and hunching over so the babies could reach. I just started using the TwinGo pillow instead in a reclined position, and it’s been a dramatically better experience. I did like how the cover is easy to wash and put back on, and the cell phone pouch is perfectly positioned to reach with either hand.

Works well , could only use for about a month as babies got to big . Was worth it but two pillows work fine if your low on cash for the amount of time you can use it . Recommend getting before going to the hospital.

Good quality, size, length , thickness of base everything is perfect. Back support is bit annoying, you can’t actually use the pillow attached at the back unless you have petite figure and have huge gap between you and the pillow itself and if you remove, velcro rub against your back which is irritating, so invest in some maternity t shirts.

The product arrived in sturdy packaging. It's very useful and the size of it is perfect for not just newborn babies but can be used for babies hoti 7-8 months as well. The quality of the product is also quite good.

Essential for breastfeeding! Our life changed after getting this. Wife loves it.
