I would know for sure when it works. - To know Ashwagandha works for you - take one or two tablets before you go to sleep. You will feel well rested and fresh even if you sleep for less than 4 hours. Your energy levels will be very high during the day. The true effect will take at least a week depending on your condition. - However, Ashwagandha is not a magic potion. It does correct your hormone levels (Which is the root of all ailments) but takes a lot of time for you to see visible changes. - Avoid consuming Ashwagandha during the day unless you have some physical work to do. For desk jobs that are boring, you will fall asleep in no-time since you are less stressed and feel peaceful. :-) Tablet review: Cons: - Pricey tablet, but buy it in bulk when there is a deal between Rs 200-250. - Tablets are brittle and some of them are broken into 1/2. The tablets are good & works quite well. I can feel the difference with and without on daily basis. Long term, haven’t been able to reach any conclusion. I have included this in my daily routine. However, one a day before breakfast works fine.

Ashwagandha with B12 is not good combo , B12 at night gives sleep disturbance and vivid dreams , try to take Ashwagandha alone B12 in the morning is best time
