Why Did I wait this long to get one?
This ladder is just awesome. If you are going to use it mostly for a 1 size A frame ladder, it is quite a bit heavier than an aluminum ladder of the same size, so I am not sure I would pay the extra money in that case. However, if you are looking for a ladder that can be adjusted to do just about anything you want, then this is the ladder for you. Pros: * I LOVE the leveling feet, when using this as an extension ladder, they are very easy to adjust and work great * It really is simple to adjust it to all the things that you want it to do. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to remember all the adjustments, but in reality it is simple and very intuitive on how to adjust it * The ladder seems very stable, even with the extension all the way out, there is some give in the ladder, so don't expect this to be rock solid with no bend as you go up, but then again I am 230 lbs so there aren't many extension ladders that wouldn't have some give :) * The flexibility to use it in so many ways Cons: * It is a heavier ladder, that being said it comes with wheels to move it around, but in practice it makes it difficult to move around as it is so far behind you that I usually just pick it up and carry it. * For the second A-Frame you have 2 tops that you put in the extensions to make another A-Frame and it comes with a bungy cord to attach it to the ladder for storage. It works fine, I just wish they are come up with a way to integrate it into the frame, I just leave it in a drawer until I need it and I am sure I will end up losing it and then not find it when I do need it :) In summary, if your looking for a good all around ladder that does a little bit of everything and you don't mind they weight go for it. It takes up less space than multiple ladders and won't really cost more when you look at buying multiple ladders. If you only use one type or size of ladder, spend less money and get a lighter ladder.

Great ladder!
I bought this ladder with one project in mind, but it has already made two others much safer and easier to perform as well. The first, we hung a 65” TV on an open stairway wall that was totally unreachable before. The bottom of the stairs turns through a door with a wall about three feet from the bottom stair, placing the foot of the ladder against this wall then scoping the ladder out and extending both sides to the last adjustments was just long enough for the top of the ladder to be spotted one step down from the top to prevent slipping. I was able to easily mount the TV bracket to the wall standing on the horizontal rungs. When it came time to mount the TV to the bracket it was too damn big to do by myself, so with a friends help we carried it out to position, a bit scary trusting a ladder with approx. 450 lbs. probably more than the recommended max weight, but what are you going to do? However the ladder didn’t even squeak we hung the TV and all is well. The 2nd job outside the house is very uneven terrain with no landscaping done yet a normal ladder rocks and tilts when accessing the roof. This ladder has the neat little kick stands that stabilize it making it much safer. The 3rd is the height and stability it has in the step ladder mode, our shop has 11’ drop ceiling and doing electrical and plumbing work up there in the past was sketchy at best having to stand on the top rung of a normal 8’ step ladder, not the best practice, but again what are you going to do? This ladder when extended out nearly scrapes the ceiling and with the extra wide base it is very stable when working at heights. I have seen some comments complaining about the weight, but to me that seems a bit ridiculous. If you don’t need the height, strength, or stability this ladder offers then use a regular ladder. They all have their uses this is not the ladder for a quick grab something off the top shelf and put it away kind of deal, it’s for those tough scary jobs that a regular ladder just can’t perform. Don’t get me wrong it is heavy, it was like wrestling a dead bear to get it into that tight stairwell and then set up, but once it is set up, there is nothing safer, stronger and more secure. All in all a great buy 5 stars for sure. Update 10/23/19 nearly three years later and I still love this ladder!

Excellent Ladder - Well Built - Made in USA
I bought this ladder on the recommendation from a friend and also the due to the ratcheting legs feature. After reviewing their instructional videos I decided to take the plunge. The ladder arrived in perfect condition and I put it to use immediate. I don't like being high up on a ladder and my first task was to check the gutters and skylight that were 18 feet off the ground. I followed the instructions on their videos to "walk" the ladder up and against the house and I had not problems at all. The ladder is solidly built and for its size I never considered it unwieldy (which was my concern) or to heavy to life. The key is knowing how to use it and Little Giant has done a great job in providing simple and clear instructions on how to use the product correctly. The next task was some tree pruning about 20' off the ground. The ladder was fully extended. I walked to ladder up against some trees and on some very uneven ground. I used the ratcheting feel and voila I had a nice stable setup. I'm impressed. When I was done i simply returned it to its compact form and wheeled it across the lawn with the built-in wheels. If you are interested in any of these ladders, please get the right ladder for what you need. I was going to get the smaller ladder but learned on their web-site that the bigger one would actually be what I needed. Also note that some of their ladders are made in China. This particular ladder is made in the USA, so that is a big plus to me as I'm trying to support stuff that's made here. Of course, it's going to cost you a little more, but I'd rather spend more to support families here in the US.

It is a very handy ladder for those hard to reach places as it can form into shapes no other ladder can. But holy hell is it heavy and unwieldy. I also used it to climb on the 2nd floor roof and had it nearly fully extended. What an endeavor that was. You basically need to fully extend it on the ground then raise and lean it against the house. So you are trying to hold steady this ladder sticking 20'+ in the air hoping a big gust of wind doesn't come up. Then once you are on it, it'll flex back and forth every step. If you are looking for a do everything ladder, yes this is it. But it is a jack of all trades and master of none. If you want it to solely reach the eaves of your house, get a proper extension ladder.

Todo muy bien, solo considera que es una escalera pesada como para acomodarla por ejemplo en las escaleras de tu casa para pintar.

I have to say the engineering in this ladder has impressed me. I had a job where I need a ladder in 4 locations all across the malls of Edmonton and when you have to park in the weirdest spots and drag your equipment across parking lots and through a 1/3 of the mall, the wheels alone on this ladder were a dream. It is a little heavier than the other ladders I have but it makes up for the ease in maneuverability and safety when you are in different areas where ground is not stable. The locking mechanism is smart and you know that you are secure just visually looking at it. Very happy with my purchase, I may buy some of the accessories in future.

Escalera muy funcional por lo facial y rapido que es cambiar la altura y configuración se siente muy segura al subir y el poder hacerla banco con el accesorio incluido es muy util.
