Tumeric is so healthy and good for our bodies. New Chapter offers three types: Tumeric Force powder and capsules and, Tumeric Nightforce, capsules. I use and like all three. I alternate the powder (which I mix into morning shakes or juice) and the capsules later in the day or when not drinking my breakfast. I take Nightforce nightly before bed, helps me sleep better. All are very good, high quality health supplements. These are less expensive than most health stores and the same quality products. Read on 6 different vet websites - Turmeric & Coconut Oil is supposed to help dissolve fatty none cancer tumors in labs. Very happy with this product! Researched many options, and so far this is the best. It comes in a glass bottle, unlike many vitamin options that come in plastic bottles these days, and it comes mostly full which is more efficient and less wasteful. The pills are pretty typical and easy enough to swallow. I like to think they are doing exactly what I expect them to do! I've reordered this product many, many times, and so far, have no desire to switch.

Great way to get your daily dose of turmeric without dealing with the mess of fresh turmeric

So, I'm a fifty-some year old woman and last year I tried to do a cartwheel in our backyard. Don't ask... I was trying to recapture my youth. As a result of said "half" cartwheel, I pulled something inside my left hip/inner thigh. Ever since then I have had pain when sleeping on my left or right sides at night. I also have pain in my left hip/inner thigh when moving my left knee laterally. Recently a friend who is gluten intolerant started taking turmeric for digestive issues. Last night I was able to sleep on my left side WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! Furthermore, getting out of my low-sitting 2-door car was actually painless today!
