5 pounds of organic curry leaf powder is a lot to have. Luckily, I had a very large glass jar to put most of it in. The rest will go into a zip lock bag because the actual bag it comes in isn’t zip locked.I made a curry leaf tea out of it by putting one teaspoon into a small stainless steal tea strainer barrel with a screw on lid. The holes are so fine, it makes it really easy to brew and drink. The flavor is full, earthy in a good way and there’s almost a natural smokiness with an ever so slight bitterness but only as an after taste and it didn’t detract from it in any way. I found it to be very pleasing and complex to my taste buds and that’s a good thing because the benefits are so numerous:Improved eyesightLowers diabetes, stress, morning sickness and nausea, inflammationEliminates bacteria, dysenteryLowers blood sugars and cholesterolBenefits vata and kaphaHas vitamin b, c, a, e, phosphorus,Calcium, digestive enzymes so it helps bowel movementsTreats constipation, diarrhea, gasTopically strengthens hair and is said to prevent premature graying.It is the base for curry powder when mixed with a host of other spices, so I guess I’ll continue to get creative with it but overall, I’m very satisfied with this organic Naturevibe curry leaf powder.The expiration date is 2/23 but as an herbalist, I find that herbs stay fresh long after expiration dates.

This is definitely not Curry Leaf Powder. I think it is Moringa leaf powder.

Used it row for smoothes, and used it to make a curry sauce to cook the ribs with it - very pleased at all times! Thank you.
