They are very nice. Very long and sturdy.

These are more than I expected.

I wanted something to truss up a turkey and these are too short but they will do fine for chickens, ducks and other foul smaller than a turkey.

Basic item, they do exactly what they're supposed to do. The tip is bent to assist with piercing the skin at the right angle, so just be careful that you're not using it backwards (not that it's a big deal, it's just a little easier to use it the right way.)

these work great, I've used them several times now to tie up roasts that I have stuffed with a filling...

Cut a duck and chicken in half and sewed it back together…half ducks sewn to half chicken…then stuffed. These worked great
