It has a pleasant, soft, clean scent that reminds me of the freshly laundered cotton sheets that hung out on the clothesline in my grandmother's back yard. How I loved to stand in the middle of those several rows of white cotton sheets that filtered the summer sunlight, I could feel the coolness of them, and I imagined myself floating in the clouds of Heaven. I so enjoy walking through the halls and spaces of my home smelling the comforting scent of my grandma's freshly laundered linens.

Worked wonders for smelly work lunchroom. I poured some beads into a 12 oz paper cup about ¼ full, then set it on a windowsill of an open window. The smells disappeared in about 2-3 days. I was using the fragrance "Cotton", which is very neutral, rather than a fragrance that overpowers other odors and substitutes its own. I refill every 2-3 weeks.

I love the smell and it’s pretty to look at. I bought some decorative containers (from Amazon) for these beads because I have to place them in many places because of our two male cats. They get upset over a couple of neighbor’s cats so they sometimes spray in inappropriate places. We clean it up and mostly get the smell out but we also have a few litter boxes. These help with our household of cats and cooking. The only problem is the beads in the little containers don’t smell at all after a couple days unless I shake them up a bit. I have tried every. single. oder. “reducer” on the market and these looked and smelled the best. Of course there are those plug-ins and sprays but those are very unhealthy to breathe in. So these little beads are the best for us. After a couple of months they start to dry out so I dump the little containers and refill with new beads.

Yes it smells good but they don't last. I mean not even a month. You put them out in jar and it pro ably lasts like 7 to 8 days and the scent is not particularly strong. ( and sometimes you kind of want it to be). It's too expensive to say that I'm going to buy several of them several times a year so...

I’ve been using gel beads for several years to eliminate odors from my home. They work better than any of the other room deodorizers I’ve tried over the years, including those timed spray cans that spray all sorts of unknown toxins into your air until either the sprayer batteries die or the cans are empty. I have a container of gel beads in my bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and laundry. Unfortunately, that can get costly. While these beads don’t last as long as other brands, they tend to do a much better job. Most of the other brands last slightly longer, but they seem to just mask odors while this brand absorbs them from the air. And I haven’t seen any other brand putting out a 48 ounce refill bottle. These refill containers have saved me a ton of money. They prevent more plastic from going into the garbage (although I do recycle them regardless). Three refill containers have kept seven of the standard sized containers going strong for 6 months. I shake the smaller containers about once a week so the beads that are drying don’t just sit up on the top, blocking the full beads from releasing their sent and absorbing more odors. Their odor is never overpowering to the point that you would think they’re not doing a thing. But that’s not the case, because pet odors along with others are thankfully, also missing. These have made my home smell fresh and inviting despite the fact that I have both a cat and a dog. This really is a great product, and these refill containers are a great value.

I think the smell is gone, after 40 days in use with multiple spots with the gells, huge cat odor, maybe im nose blind to it now or its worked. I think its worked

I love this product! I discovered this product while in a public library’s washroom. I wanted to purchase the item for my own bathrooms at home. What is disappointing is that my bathrooms are much smaller in size and so I expected the scent to have enveloped the room but so far, nothing. Granted it’s been 24 hours so I’m await the lovely scent to permeate the rooms. Great value for the money as the Febreze plug-ins are a waste of money and scent is very light, if at all.
