Bought for PA family member
My mom needed this booklet back when she was doing clinical rotations. She said it was insightful and easy to store since it was a smaller kind of booklet.

Absolutely essential when I started in urgent care
This was one of my most reached for resources when I started in urgent care. I loved how it was organized by ailment and actually gave suggested durations of treatment rather than just the dose.

If your prescribing antibiotics, particularly if your a new CRNP, you need this! Its the perfect little reference book., fits in your purse or pocket and has everything you need. I've been practicing for ten years now and use this particularly when I have a patient with a lot of allergies or special considerations and need a referral. This is it! Great for clinical setting
I know there are tons of electronic options for your phone and I definitely have some but I love having a good book to keep in my pocket. This little book does not disappoint. It’s straight to the point, no confusion. All the new APPs in our office use and and I’m using it while in FNP school. This was such a great addition to my resources.

Super Helpful!
I’m a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting. I like using this while in the office space documenting/entering orders - not necessarily something I would carry around while rounding. This version I just bought even has a covid section! Has been useful to be so far because antibiotics stewardship has always been a challenge for me. I found it to be more thorough than my online app that I pay for annually.

Useful and handy
As a future APN, the book comes handy and with information that is useful for everyday practice in the field and fits right in my pocket. But I still think is a bit expensive but worth it.

Quick pocket reference for treating infections
This is the second edition of purchased. I bought one as a new grad and it was a lifeline for me. I'm about to reenter family medicine after a long hiatus (kids) and this is the only pocket reference I intend to keep by my side. Well organized to quickly find the condition and recommended antimicrobial therapy with alternatives in case of allergies
