I will have no way of knowing whether they work or not. These are recommended by food preppers. I did note, however that after I add an oxygen absorber, these bags 'crinkle' in as it there is no oxygen in the bag. Since the bag keeps it's 'crinkle', I think it is safe to assume they working well!

So happy that this company sells these as mason jars packs with a guide to what you need for each jar. Got a packet of more information that tells you the best process for success. I dehydrate and store herbs and produce and live in Houston. It’s very humid here, so I am starting to store many other foods in jars (for back up emercancy food too). I want my foods to stay dry and fresh longer with oxygen absorbers.
