Great Marinade This is an easy marinade to make. My family and friends love the flavor. I always marinade the chicken breasts for at least 2 hours. Grilling is easy. You can’t go wrong with this one. We make a green vegetable and a cold pasta salad for a side.

This is a great product that I’ve come to depend on. I’ve been using for over 20 years. It is consistent in flavor and as a party planner and caterer I have hosted many successful and sold out events using this product.. with a few self developed tricks and remain a fan.

We enjoy Grill Mates marinades. They're easy to prepare and add nice flavor and tenderness to poultry, beef, and pork. These are a good value, a quality product, and there is a great selection of flavors to choose from.

I used the mesquite flavored marinade for a deer steak to take the gamey taste out of it and to add some flavor to it. Maybe I let it soak a little too long, 3 hours. It gave it a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Not bad but a little too strong for my preference. I will try the others but maybe not let the steak sit in the marinade quite so long. You add 1/3 cup each of water and oil and mix in the contents of the packet and it is just the right amount for a good sized steak.
