Lemax Lighted Village Square Fountain with 4.5V Adaptor #14663

It arrived over the weekend in one piece and very well packed. I was skeptical given some of these reviews but it looks and works great. Once the air bubbles work their way out of the hoses, a steady stream of water from each spout lands perfectly on the center angels in the bath. I was a bit worried about the lighting portion of it but they are a very bright green and make this piece stand out big time, even in the most crowded village scenes. I have about 30 buildings and accessories on a 12x12 display and this stands out very nicely. It is in proportion to all of the village houses that I have collected over the years, from Lemax to the Christmas town series sold at Lowe's. The pump, at least in it's first few days of operation is not overly loud or annoying. Get it, you'll be glad you did. Heavyweight and stable so no worries about tipping if used correctly.

I purchased this item August for Christmas set up. It worked when I tested in August. When I put it in Christmas village it turned on twice. On third time the fountain quit working and you could smell something hot. Since we are past return window we removed bottom and it was melting at connections. It is a fire hazard and I am throwing it away. Complete waste of money. I am really getting tired of this poor quality. Half of my Christmas village newer purchases are defective. So dissatisfied and disappointed. It made me post one star to submit but should be zero stars.

This fountain looks great on my model train layout.

Love it. But problem is it worked for a month and now water is not coming out.

Ok. Well. I’m giving up on the Lemax lighted Village Square fountain. I’ve purchased two of these prior to this one and I had to send both of them back for different reasons. They either had broken cherubs or the water pumps didn’t work. This one from Amazon was no different. 3 out of the 4 water pumps worked properly. The 4th one was barely working. I contacted the seller to ask about this unit. It looks like it was a store return. However whomever I spoke to assured me that it was tested and worked fine. He did say they did not use water to check it out. Well, they should have used water. After all it is a fountain. Anyway, I’ve decided not to send it back because I already sent two of these back. This is a hard to find item so I guess I should be somewhat happy. Anyway the lights all work well and it’s a very nice item. I’m giving it two stars because only three water pumps work properly. The 4th one works but barely. And so it goes with this item. I got a good price for this seller so that’s it. I checked auction sites and their prices are ridiculous. Pros - great price, fast shipping, good customer service Cons - water fountain works but only in three places out of four.

I bought a used one of these off ebay a few years ago and it lasted three seasons before the pump quit (it’s in my Xmas village display which is only turned on 2 hours a day during the holiday season). So to replace it I bought a new one. The water feature died after only a few hours. Guess I got a lemon

So dissappointed! I barely took it out of the outer package and a head rolled off my counter. Inside the styrophome was broken and more angles were broken. Not sure if it was missing a piece of the fountain. The clear tubing was exposed. Could have been a nice addition to my village.

Very!!! Disappointed with the fountain not running after one year I replaced the Carousel last year also I have doubts about Remax products now.

Leider funktionierte der Springbrunnen nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.
