The thermometer is conveniently stored in a plastic case to prevent damage to the tip. It is easy to insert into the food that is cooking and gives a very easy to see temperature reading on its digital display. I tested it against known temperatures and it is very accurate.

This is very easy to use, can adjust the screen at different angles to read more easily It's small enough to store away in a drawer. Great price compared to other similar thermometers - cooking temperatures ready printed on it so you can easily check the correct temperature for each type of meat/poultry you are cooking. Very happy with my purchase and came the next day after ordering - excellent service.

Really solid, great for flattening, useful. Heavy so if you have difficulty with weight I'd try alternatives, but i am very pleased with it.
