Do this job your and save nearly $100. Very easy. Took 20 minutes, a16mm socket and a cheap oil filter wrench.

Oil change kit
Much cheaper online than at your local dealer at least in our area. Comes with oil, filter and new gasket. I have been buying like this for years and saved lots of money.

Oil change kit has 4 qts, my F115 holds 4.8 qts
Seems odd the oil kit for the F115 is 4 quarts vs. the 5 required - Engine shows 4.8qts. Other than that, everything was as expected. Perhaps different years of the motor have different capacities?
