Must Have for Fretboard Mastery
These charts are very useful. If learning the fretboard is important to you, these are a must. This is not an exaggeration. I am working on improving my soloing over chord progressions and have found the charts to be super useful in visualizing and quickly finding triads (within the standard 6th string and 5th string rooted bar chords as well as within the major and minor pentatonic scale system). Also I had a tough time understanding how these bar chords lived within the pentatonic scale system. These charts provided this visualization for me. The charts themselves are high quality … don’t get all bent up, and are made of some plastic (or pvc) type material so you can have them on a table with a drink and they won’t get ruined by moisture.

Good Information for those with Good Eyesight
Pro: If you are just starting or wish to improve your mastery of the guitar, these cards contain excellent information. Con: As soon as I opened the box, I knew I would need to return them, not because of the content but the size and layout. 1. There is a very large header on each card that could be 1/3 of the current size. Thanks to that header, everything else is tiny. 2. Major chords and minor chords are on the same card. That means you need to flip the card over to switch between major and minor. It would be better if they were on two separate cards that can be placed side by side on the music stand. (Just my opinion as a beginner) 3. Unless you have EXCELLENT eyesight, the print is too small to easily read from a distance. Even if you can read it, the tiny size especially in low light, is a strain on the eyes. I am sorry that I had to return these cards without ever using them because the concept and the information is excellent. I would pay a few dollars more for the same thing with a smaller header and larger print.

Great tool for guitar players
Very well organized. Got the plastic, it's worth it. Plenty to study here, you will find something of interest if you spend a little time with it. If you are somewhat advanced, hit a wall, try this.

Not beginner friendly; awful writing; small version is too small for so much information
Really awful descriptions that makes it impossible to understand what they're trying to clarify. If you don't already know the topic of the card very well then you're gonna have a hard time making sense of the charts, not really beginner friendly. The stand for the cards is not great. The small size is too small, if you go for it, get the large. There's a lot of information on the cards and it can be hard to focus on what you're trying to read. It has not been useful for me, I don't reference it, I just look up the information I need on the internet instead.

Fantastic for Pianists learning guitar
I have owned a nylon string guitar for months and I have been dreading it for as long. I couldn't wrap my head around the strings. I'm a fairly comfortable pianist and composer, but I just couldn't visualize any theory on the guitar. I understood that it's tuned in fourths (except for B, which is a third of G), I understood that each fret is a semitone, but I couldn't keep track of where the scale degrees were. Which is what helps with the piano the most (for me). These cards have made me super comfortable with the guitar. I get it now. I still don't bother with remembering the names of each individual note, but I used it by looking at the Ionian Mode Major Scale (back of Scales card), and just strung each note and counted the scale degrees (i.e; 1, 2, 3, 4, etc) in G Major. Combined that with the back of the Triad card, I noticed that all major chords have the same structure, and all minor chords had the same structure. Where the root, third, fifth for any triad was. Weird patterns showed up like the fifth of any root note is literally the one above it (except for on the B string, that string takes a while to get used to, but I see why it helps it being a third). Also where the next octave was for any given root note. If you can find it, you automatically now know where it's fifth is. Combine that with either the tone or chord cards, and boom, there you go, you're well on your way just spending an hour on the guitar making music out of your heart. By far the best purchase for learning the guitar for anyone who knows basic-intermediate music theory already.

Useful and very Accurate
Very Good sets of chord sheets. Shows Chords, scales and triads, more importantly shows them in Minor and Major progressions. Use them to change key progression and shows fifths.
